The duo composed by Michel Barros Bessone (charango, Chile) and Tomas Veloz (guitar, Chile), was formed in 2015 and has held concerts in various cities in Europe.
Special guest for this concert is Bianca Munzi, brilliant viola and violin player from Venice.
The musical project combines the use of the Charango and the guitar, stringed instruments of traditional Latin American music, with the multiple harmonies and rhythms that we find in different eras and geographies of history. The arrangements inspired by the masterpieces of Baroque and Classical music are particularly accurate, as are the adaptations of folk music from multi-ethnic origins, including the Mediterranean, Eastern Europe, Ireland, and of course Latin America.
